Voltaren 50 mg tablets
Aspirin 150mg tablets
Clopidogrel 75mg tablets
Simvastatin 20mg tablets
Metformin 500mg bd – not taking
Codeine/Paracetamol 8/500 tablets
Amoxicillin 250mg tablets – left over from a chest infection
GTN spray (exp date 2006)
Anginine tablets – not taking
Nitrazepam 5mg tablets
