There are various medications scattered around on the bathroom shelves, some of which are out of date or judging by the date of prescription, should have been finished months ago if taken as directed. This prompts you to compare what you find with the list the GP sent you:

Paracetamol 500mg tablets

“rennies” overt the counter antacid tablets – several packets around

Perindopril 5mg tablets

Voltaren 50 mg tablets

Aspirin 150mg tablets

Clopidogrel 75mg tablets

Simvastatin 20mg tablets

Metformin 500mg bd – not taking

Codeine/Paracetamol 8/500 tablets

Amoxicillin 250mg tablets – left over from a chest infection

GTN spray (exp date 2006)

Anginine tablets – not taking

Nitrazepam 5mg tablets
